The journey from Lyon to Philadelphia.

After an endless night and a difficult wake up for most of us, we are ready to go to the airport.

We were so excited to get on the airplane. But before that, we had to check in our suitcases with the airline company. Then we had to pass through the customs control. After a long time waiting for the plane, we heard the announcement, saying that we could finally leave. At 10:20 am, the plane took off and we were ready to go to London!

When we arrived, we had some free time because of the delay of our second connecting airplane. We enjoyed this time off to look around the Heathrow airport and we bought some snacks there.

After this, we boarded the plane to Philadelphia. It was a bigger plane than the first one we took. Indeed, there were more than 400 seats. We were ready for 8 hours of flight. The plane provided us with individual screens, blankets, earphones, toothbrushes so the trip was comfortable for passengers.

After a loooooong flight, we landed in Philadelphia ! It was with tired faces that we joined the visitors section of immigration control. The security guards were very very very earnest and they were not there to laugh. And then, we saw our luggage coming in the carousel ready to be taken and so we were ready to meet our partners.

They were waiting for us at the Terminal and when we saw them for the first time, we ran and hugged them very strongly.
